Accu-Chek Compact is the first blood glucose self-monitoring system with integrated test strip drum.The unique feature of Accu-Chek Compact is the magazination of 17 test strips in one drum that is fully integrated in the monitor. There is just one button to press and the monitor reads the bar code on the drum, codes the monitor and moves the test strip to the right measurement position. Accu-Chek Compact draws up the blood and gives reliable and accurate results in just 13 to 15 seconds; only 3 - 3,5 µl sample of blood is required. After use the strip is ejected automatically by just another button press.
