Alldress is a semi-occlusive, self-adhesive absorbent island
dressing. Alldress is for use as a secondary dressing together
with hydrogel or alginate dressings. Alldress can be used as
a primary dressing whenever exudate must be managed and a barrier
to liquids, dirt and bacteria is required. Alldress is a laminate
of polyurethane film and a polyester nonwoven coated with a
polyarcylate adhesive. The absorbent pad is covered with a low-adherent
