Kaopectate Directions:
For best results, take full recommended dose at first sign
of diarrhea and after each subsequent bowel movement (maximum
7 times in 24 hours)
Children 3 to under 6 years of age: take 1/2 tablespoon.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age: take 1 tablespoon.
Children 12 years of age and over (and adults): take 2 tablespoons.
Drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration which
may accompany diarrhea.
Shake well before each use. Do not refrigerate.
