Can my doctor fill in and fax in the patient questionnaire and prescription drug information for me?
A: Yes, it is preferable, but not necessary to have your doctor send in your prescription and or patient questionnaire. All of the information to order from our Canadian online pharmacy can be sent in by you also.

What is the cost of shipping?
A: Orders containing prescription items will charged a $12 shipping fee so that your medication will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Normally a 3 to 8 business day delivery, please allow a possible 1 to 4 business day delay due to increased security for cross border shipping. Orders containing non prescription items only, 77 Canada Pharamcy offers $6 for air delivery for a 8 to 12 business day delivery, or $12 for Express. Some exceptions may apply due to high value or weight. For 2 or more items the shipping will still be the same cheap price. Most Canadian Pharmacies charge and use the same shipping methods as 77 Canada Pharmacy .com.

Are there other charges besides the cost of my medication?
A: Only shipping. There are no other charges to be paid besides the price of your prescription drugs and the cost of shipping. We offer only one way to ship prescription drugs, which is via Canada Xpresspost priority mail from Canada Post, the Cheapest and best International Expresspost for international prescription drugs.
What payments do you accept? A: At 77 Canada Pharmacy .com we accept Visa, MasterCard, Web-Cheques and money orders.

Can I submit all of the prescription drug information required to get my first order through the website?
A: Yes and no. You can submit all of the prescription drug information required in the Patient Questionnaire online, however we will still require you to mail/fax in your original prescription(s) before we can ship you your prescription drugs.
