Do you need a prescription for prescription items?
- Yes. You will need to send us an original prescription that has been given to you by a physician. We can send you up to a 90 day supply of the medicine required according to the prescription. It is important to always order from an online pharmacy that requires a prescription from your doctor. For over the counter items you can simply buy as per normal. You can send your prescription by email or fax. That information is on our contact page or you can phone us for the phone number or email contact.

Q:
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Web-Checks, Check by snail mail and Money Orders. There are no hidden costs. The only costs are the medicine and the shipping. To save money, we have one shipping price for unlimited items.

Q:
What is the cost of shipping?

If ordering a prescription item you will be charged $14 for express shipping. Express shipping comes with tracking and insurance and is a 3 to 8 business day delivery.

When ordering a non prescription item you can choose from regular shipping for $8 which has a 8 to 12 day delivery. You can also choose express shipping on over the counter items.

To save on shipping we offer one price shipping for unlimited items. If your packade does not arrive within the estimated time of delivery phone our office at 1.800.545.1106 for assistance.

Q:
Who makes Canadian generic medication and are they safe?
- Generic medications are made in Canada and are subject to the same approval process as Brand name medications. The manufacturers of these generic drugs are large and well-respected companies. Generic drug companies include Novopharm, Apotex and Genpharm.

Q:
Why can't the instant chat operators directly answer my prescription drug related questions?
- The online chat operators are only trained to help with ordering and account questions only. For medical advice please consult with your physician.

Q:
Are your prices in US dollars or Canadian dollars?
- The prices you see for all products are all listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Q:
Why does some medication look different or have different names than the ones purchased from my local pharmacy?
- If you have been taking brand name pills and have recently ordered generic from our pharmacy you will notice that they will look different. Generic drugs do not look the same as the original however they have the exact same ingredients as the brand name drug and are to be taken the exact same way. A manufacturer may change the appearance of a Brand Name pill. For example, Celexa 20MG is a peach colored pill in the US , yet the Canadian pill is white and a little bit smaller than the US pill. Both pills are Celexa 20MG, both have the SAME ACTIVE INGREDIENT, and both are made by the SAME COMPANY. But, for whatever reason, the manufacturer decided to make the Canadian pill a different color. Lastly, when comparing 2 different Generics, they WILL LOOK DIFFERENT if they are made by 2 different companies.

It is also common for a drug manufacturer to market medication under different names in different countries. (For example Prilosec (U.S.) and Losec ( Canada ), or Augmentin ( U.S. ) and Clavulin ( Canada ).
